Caitlin & Harlan’s

Elegant Key West Wedding

Caitlin and Harlan were married in March 2026 in Key West, Florida, a tropical setting that inspired a celebration that felt both formal and fun. From the start, Caitlin and I worked closely together on their multi-piece wedding suite, and what began as a design collaboration quickly grew into a delightful friendship. Caitlin had a beautiful vision from the start. Together, we focused on a palette of whites, soft neutrals, and elevated texture. The quiet dimension was brought to life through an almost blind de-bossed border, of royal palm leaves and orchid florals.

Their suite blended a creative mix of letterpress and digital printing elements. We paired an accordion-style weekend details insert with a mailed-in RSVP. A close friend of the bride, Kate Tortland, showcased their venue (Casa Marina) with a hand-painted envelope liner. A sheer champagne ribbon and custom letterpress monogram brought everything together with a soft, cohesive finish. Caitlin and her mom, (shout out to Judy!) lovingly put each invitation together by hand, turning it into a meaningful, shared experience that reflected so much care and intention.

We also designed their day-of pieces ~ including programs, menus, table numbers, and escort cards. The perfect way to carry the same thoughtful visual language throughout the entire celebration. One of my favorite parts of this project was their wedding program, which honored their ceremony, wedding party, and dear loved one’s.
